Ramesh Adiga
Director
Ramesh brings Acctank 28 years of rich experience in the area of accounting, taxation and management derived from working in diverse areas with outsourcing industry and public practices. His DiSC® profile pattern is “Perfectionist”.
Ramesh is a Chartered Accountant, being a member of both Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Ramesh has extensive knowledge and practical experience in Australian taxation law, SIS Act and Regulations. Before joining Acctank, he was founding director of an outsourcing company and in charge of India operation for 10 years and he developed and supervised a team of accountants. He worked with different Australian accounting firms. Ramesh also worked with Indian Chartered Accountancy firms for 15 years and his expertise includes Statutory and Internal Audit of listed companies, reporting under Indian and International GAAP, dealing with complex taxation matters etc.
Ramesh traveled to Australia many times and worked with public practice. He understands both sides of the business, which is crucial in offshoring business.
Vinayan Jayanthan
Director
Vinayan comes power packed with 23 years of experience in the accounting industry. Having spent a good time over the last decade at the centre stage of operations, specifically in one of the country’s leading BPO focused on Australian accounting, audit and taxation vertical, he is a veritable crackerjack in his trade.
He often quips-- “Life can be made as happy as you are curious”. He lives true to his thought.He holds a Masters in Commerce degree (Calicut University, India) and is Qualified Accounting Technician (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India)
