AQtian prospects are select pickings, who are CAs’, CPAs’, MBAs’ (finance) or other graduates with an accounting background. They are insp(H)ired through a filter of rigorous tests, quizzes, interviews and group discussions which are framed and updated by the in-house Associated Research and Training team (ART@Acctank). The idea at this stage is to unambiguously relay what it takes to be an AQtian and the ‘Accounting Quotient’ that is expected. Mere bookish accounting knowledge is generally frowned upon.
Upon induction as AQtians they go through a month long induction programme followed by our unique, holistic training system (pending patent) which spans their entire life cycle @Acctank. It empowers them with not only the specialized skill-sets required on the job but also a constant urge to Ideate, Innovate, Solve and Evolve. Sr.Analyst - Accounts and Taxation
2-4 years of work experience with CA Firms/ BPO / Industry is essential. Must have the knowledge of finalization accounts and preparation of Income Tax returns of Private Limited companies, Partnerships.
Manager - Quality Assuarance
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Australian accounting and taxation is a must for this position
Book Keeper
A commerce graduate with 1-3 years of work experience with CA Firms/ BPO / Industry is essential. Must have the knowledge of transaction processing in an accounting software. Knowledge of accounting software like MYOB, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, Quicken etc is an added advantage.

QUALIFICATION
B.Com/M.Com/MBA (finance)/CA/CWA/CS/CMA/CPA/IPA(Aus). Part qualification in professional streams like CA, CWA, CS, CMA, CPA, IPA(Aus) is not a deterrent..
SKILLS
Excellent Communication and Computing skills is a basic job requirement.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in CA Firms/ BPO Companies with similar accounting processes/ Familiarity with popular global accounting softwares are an added advantage. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Australian accounting and taxation is a must for the position of Manager QA.
